That sweatshirt with “overthinker” stayed in my closet—I didn’t want to admit what was already true. Overthinking steals peace and keeps us stuck, but God offers freedom.

Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us: pray about everything, thank Him, and His peace will guard your heart. Like Peter walking on water, when we fix our eyes on Jesus instead of the waves, we find calm in the storm.

Take your thoughts captive (2 Cor. 10:5). Focus on what is true, noble, pure, and lovely. Say goodbye to fear—and hello to peace.
