I have spent so much of my life chasing a destination, or a goal, not realizing I am missing so much of life not realizing that true freedom is found in the journey….in the now.  This year has made me pause and appreciate the now, which in turn helped me to see where I am half assing things, where I am not giving my all.  Then being able to find gratitude in all of this messy stuff!  Check out today’s episode to learn more about uncovering these feelings.
