Being a survivor of trafficking i not only lost my freedoms through abuse but also the courts.. My trauma was so severe I forgot everything I ever knew and landed in jail. I knew I was a human and a creation of Gods but nothing Internally felt correct. Through my journey of healing and understanding, I longed to learn those rights my body naturally knew. I came to find the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and our Bill of Rights. Its so important for me to learn more and speak on this topic and teach as I go (if my poor brain will allow it lol) because living a life without freedom ain't living at all.

Mental trauma or psychological trauma is a big deal to me because 1 it was awful to go through but 2 it was what my trafficker used to initially gain my trust. My childhood traumas where something that as an adult I still likened my drug use and pain to & my trafficker used them to groom me. I speak about ACE scores (adverse childhood experiences) and how if untreated/unaddressed in a safe environment can be used to harm and keep a cycle of hell through generations.

I talk about when I was arrested, lost everything & how I chose to focus on the positives In the situation. Although it was a much shorter list then the negatives, they were more powerful and brought healing for me & I hope to you as well
