The things you are really good at and are passionate about.. But my guess is that as a leader you are pretty well booked up. So, we need to look for ways to free up more discretionary time for you so you can capitalize on your strengths. But even if you do not need to free up time to capitalize on your strengths, it makes good sense to arrange for more discretionary time to perform higher-value work as a leader to achieve the desired results you aspire to achieve.
