Susanne is a wife, mom of 4, trained lawyer, entrepreneur, coach and mentor for busy mums. As a recovering perfectionist and busy person herself, she's on a mission to help way too busy mums to grow in self awareness and make time for matters most. In her new book, Breaking Free of Busy, Susanne shares the insights, tools and strategies that she wishes she'd known sooner in my mothering journey. She's also working on her Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling. 

Susanne lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband, 4 kids, 2 cats (one of whom she says should probably be in therapy) and a golden retriever… who won't retrieve. Ha!
