Who is Patrick?

Patrick Murphy believes that the bravest thing any human can do is to ask for help, especially in the moments when we feel like we should "have it all together." After decades of striving in this way, Patrick discovered Somatic Experiencing which transformed his understanding of himself and revealed that his perceived brokenness was, in fact, his nervous system stuck in loops of past trauma and shame. Now, he dedicates his life to guiding other courageous individuals to make sense of their inner worlds and embrace the bold, visionary lives they desire to lead while laughing a lot and enjoying themselves along the way.
