Join Alexandra, from Slovakia, to learn about why lunch is so important to Parisians. Alexandra is 28 years old and came to Paris a year ago. She noticed that Parisian restaurants are all full at lunchtime and offices are empty between noon and 2.00pm. To understand the tradition we brought her to the famous Brasserie Mollard near the Saint Lazare railway station, where the manager, Mr Malchow, answered our questions.
