Romak is an 18-year-old high school student from Iran. He is fond of pastries and would like to know how French pastries are prepared and what ingredients are used. He wonders whether anyone can bake his own pastries. After sampling a few at the Pâtisserie de l’Eglise, we are invited into the pâtissier’s "laboratory" to witness how they are prepared.
