The Fresh Water Fast is something I came up with to help each other spend deeper in the presence of the lord, to stay focused on Gods presence, and to know his character more. It consists of 3h of praise & worship - spending time in the presence of the lord - during only drink water. 3h of pure dedication for the lord. Let's fill our cup.
