A heat advisory remains in effect until tonight in Fresno and the central San Joaquin Valley. The National Weather Services expects highs today around 102 with overnight lows checking in around 74. That’s ahead of another hot weekend. It could warm up to as much as 108 degrees. Experts say you should avoid activity during the hottest times of the day.
