Good morning, Fresno! This is your weather forecast for Thursday, January 23rd, coming to you live from the National Weather Service.
Bundle up overnight, folks! We're looking at a chilly evening with temperatures dropping to around 36 degrees. But don't worry, it'll be mostly clear with calm winds making for a peaceful night.
Thursday brings a frosty start with potential frost before 7 in the morning. But the day quickly warms up to a lovely 66 degrees with plenty of sunshine. Expect those calm winds to stick around, making it a perfect day to enjoy some outdoor time.
As we roll into Thursday night, we'll see mostly clear skies and temperatures hovering around 39 degrees. Friday continues the mild trend with increasing clouds and a high near 65 degrees.
Weekend warriors, listen up! Saturday has a slight 20 percent chance of rain after 10 in the morning. We'll see mostly sunny conditions with temperatures reaching near 58 degrees. The wind will start southeast and shift to southwest in the morning.
Saturday night gets more interesting with a 50 percent chance of rain. Temperatures will drop to around 39 degrees, and we might see a tiny bit of precipitation less than a tenth of an inch.
Sunday brings a 40 percent chance of rain mainly before 10 in the morning. Expect partly sunny skies with a high near 55 degrees. Wind patterns will dance around, starting east northeast and switching to west northwest by afternoon.
Looking ahead to early next week, we'll see some frosty mornings with mostly sunny days and temperatures in the mid to upper 50s.
