Good morning, weather watchers! This is your friendly neighborhood meteorologist coming to you with the latest forecast for Fresno, California.

Let's dive right into what Mother Nature has in store for us this week! Tonight, we're looking at a slight chance of rain - about 30 percent - with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures dipping down to a cool 49 degrees. Winds will be calm, so no need to batten down the hatches just yet.

Saturday brings a bit more moisture, with a 50 percent chance of rain and temperatures climbing to a mild 62 degrees. Expect a gentle southeast wind around 5 miles per hour, and we might see a tiny sprinkle of less than a tenth of an inch.

Sunday looks like a nice reprieve - mostly sunny with temperatures reaching a pleasant 70 degrees. Some morning fog might try to crash the party, but it should burn off quickly.

Things get interesting early next week. Monday has a 30 percent chance of rain after 4 pm, and Tuesday is looking like a full-on precipitation party. We're talking a 90 percent chance of rain with potential precipitation amounts between a quarter and half an inch. Winds will pick up to around 10 miles per hour with gusts up to 20 miles per hour.

Wednesday will start wet but gradually clear up, with a 60 percent chance of morning rain and temperatures around 61 degrees.

Thursday continues our wet trend with a 50 percent chance of rain and temperatures in the low 60s.
