Good morning, Fresno! Let's break down this chilly winter forecast with a dash of local flavor.

Tonight, we're looking at a cozy evening with patchy fog and mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will dip down to a crisp 44 degrees Fahrenheit, so keep that warm blanket nearby.

Moving into Thursday, expect a gradual clearing with temperatures climbing to a mild 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Those light winds from the south-southeast will be whispering at around 5 miles per hour.

Thursday night gets interesting with a 30 percent chance of rain after 10 pm. Clouds will be rolling in, and temperatures will hover around 48 degrees Fahrenheit.

Friday brings a higher chance of precipitation - about 50 percent before 10 am. We might see a tiny sprinkle less than a tenth of an inch. Temperatures will reach near 56 degrees Fahrenheit.
