- Free financial coaching as a public service is available from the City of Aurora’s Financial Empowerment Center and the Neighbor Project. Help is available in over 150 languages and our counselors are standing by to help you. Visit their office Mondays thru Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm at 712 South River Street or call (630) 256-4552 and schedule your appointment today!
