Throughout his life, The King has been patron of many charitable organisations. Indeed, as Prince of Wales, he founded The Prince’s Trust, which has helped over a million disadvantaged young people in the UK to develop skills and find work. The Trust is now a global network. We give thanks for the work that The King has done to raise the profile of many charities, and pray that many more people will be inspired to use their gifts and resources to benefit others.
