Purpose: Everyone has a sense of purpose; without it we lose our way and become demotivated and depressed. Studies have shown that when people are contributing to a higher purpose, they are likely to have a healthier outlook on life and be more resilient to stress. The same is true in the workplace.

Hannah Ison learned this early at the age of 13. Not being old enough to work she started her own Etsy business and saved enough money to work with victims of humman trafficking around the world. This left a mark and every since Hannah has used her entrepreuial skills to to impact the world and her community.
