We have more access to the Holy Spirit than the prophets of the Old Testament did! Pastor Dave is really trying to make a point here: Today, the Spirit lives inside us from the moment we ask Him into our hearts, and He's there to stay! But in the Old Testament, the Spirit only dwelled briefly - even for prophets!
