After a little more than a week of integrating a bell into my life that goes off every 15 minutes to remind me to breathe, I have some updates. I feel calm. I’m happy almost always. I smile a lot. I see subtlety’s in things I did not see before. I’m quiet. My mind is quiet. I don’t respond to people or things right away, but first take a breathe to assess how I’m feeling and a better way to answer. It feels like the world is a wonder, that I am a wonder.
