The NFL preseason has started, which is overshadowing the excitment going on in Major League Baseball.  The Toronto Blue Jays have won 11 games in row, and have a 1/2 game lead on the New York Yankees.  The two teams square off for a series this weekend.  This is as close to playoff baseball that your going to get, in August.  The St. Louis Cardinals won a recent series against the Pittsburgh Pirates, increasing their NL Central lead to six games.  Do the Pirates have enough to catch the Cardinals?  The New York Mets have quietly gone 8-2 in their last 10 games, while the Washington Nationals have dropped three games, in a row.  What do the Mets need to do to hold of the Nationals?  Listen in and call the show with your thoughts.
