Use this tapping script as often as you need until you really feel the energy shift and unlock! Your body will tell you.
You will feel somatic signals like burping, yawning, sudden new perspectives opening up, etc. Either way, trust yourself!
This script will help you create somatic safety around the moment you’re in or in this circumstance you’re struggling to accept. Remember — what you resist will persist.
Acceptance is the first step in taking your power back within the situation, and that’s exactly what we’re here to do together.
So tap along with me or follow the script on your own below.
Housekeeping:
* Bring to mind your biggest discomfort related to the topic.
* Rate your anxiety about it on a 0–10 scale, with 0 being totally calm and 10 being “this keeps me up at night.”
* Stay present with your body as we tap. Notice any sensations, shifts, or emotions.
* Hydrate before and/or after the session
* Somatic responses are great signs—burping, yawning, crying, shaking—all normal

The EFT Script:
Just tap where I tap, stay present, and repeat after me. I want you to as you say these statements, notice yourself. Notice your body.
Setup Statement (karate chop)
Even though I feel like this moment should look different than it does,I know I feel this way because I’m resisting what is.
There’s some discomfort that this moment is exposing—some unprocessed feeling—and my nervous system is uncomfortable.
And that’s okay.
I’m willing to respond differently to this discomfort.I’m willing to learn how to stay with myself,even when it hurts.
And I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel like this moment needs to be differentfor me to feel safe or content,I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel like I should be different than I am right now,I deeply and completely love and accept myself,just as I am.
* I am willing to consider
* that this moment—these circumstances—
* are exactly what a deeper part of me wants.
* Because this moment has something for me.
* When I’m willing to slow down,
* hold space for myself,
* and feel what needs to be felt,
* I choose to feel it,
* even though it’s uncomfortable.
* And I remind myself
* that I am safe right here, right now.
* I accept this moment just as it is.
* I accept myself just as I am.
Repeat this single round until you notice a shift in your energy, or move on to tapping on the specific circumstances that are bothering you. This script is a powerful starting point. But getting really specific about what you’re resisting and applying the same language will take this transformation even deeper for you.
Take it one thing at a time, and tap on your resistance.Literally acknowledge that you want this specific thing to be different and notice the feeling it’s stirring up.
Because that feeling is the point.
That’s what needs to be felt. That’s what this moment is helping you access. It’s giving you the opportunity to process something ready to be released. It’s this release that will finally unlock that next level you’ve been wishing for.
Once you’re finished, take a slow, deep breath in and let it all go.
Just notice how you’re feeling. Celebrate any noticeable ease you feel now. If you’re super relaxed, that’s a damn good sign you’ve moved some energy.
Notice where you are on that intensity rating now, too? Did we move it a bit closer to that 0 mark? Be patient with yourself wherever you are. If you felt things moving but needed more time with this session, repeat it with the replay once it’s up today.
