Get really honest about what’s coming up around it — the hesitation, the pressure, the doubt.
That’s the energy we’re working through today.
Notice how intense it feels in your body right now, and just take a mental note of that. We’ll come back to it at the end.
Before we start, a few things to keep in mind:
* Stay hydrated today — this helps your body process and release what we’re moving
* If emotions get intense at the beginning, that’s part of it. Stay with it. It will shift
* Yawning, sighing, crying, stretching — all of that is your body releasing tension
* Keep your attention in your body and notice anything that comes up
* If something clicks or lands, jot it down — you’ll want to remember it
* Come back to this as many times as you need until it feels natural to move forward
Alright… let’s get into it. Here are the points:

“Even though I feel this hesitation around making this decision, and part of me wants to avoid it, I can feel what’s happening in my body, and I deeply accept and love myself through this.”

ROUND 1: THE HESITATION (make it feel seen)
* I keep circling this decision
* Like I won’t let myself land in it fully
* It feels too big to commit to
* And I don’t fully trust myself with it
* I don’t know if I’d follow through
* Or if I’d mess it up
* So I stay in this loop
* Thinking about it instead of choosing
* The doubt is loud
* And honestly… it’s exhausting
* I can feel it in my body
* This tension… this pressure
* Like it’s not safe to actually decide
ROUND 2: WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
* Maybe this isn’t confusion though
* Maybe this is fear of what happens if I actually choose
* Because choosing would move things
* It would change things
* And I’d have to meet myself there
* This decision asks more of me
* A different level of me
* And that feels unfamiliar
* So my system throws doubt at me
* To keep me in the loop and the familiar
* Where I don’t have to risk anything
* Where I don’t have to expand
* But staying here is its own cost
ROUND 3: GROUNDED RECOMMITMENT
* I’m allowed to make decisions that change my life
* I’m allowed to choose before I feel ready
* I don’t need to prove I can handle it first
* I build that trust by moving through the discomfort
* I’m done outsourcing my power to doubt
* I can feel this fear
* And I can still decide
* I can hold myself through what comes next
* I don’t need to stay in this old loop
* I can move
* I can choose
* I am safe to make this decision
* So I am deciding, committing, and trusting
Take another deep breath and repeat if your intensity is still high.
When you’re finished… Notice how that felt for you.
Take a moment to notice what shifted. Even subtle changes count.
That sense of softening… of your body relaxing…that’s your first sign that something just moved. That’s progress. Let yourself actually acknowledge that.
I encourage you to make tapping a regular practice to get the most out of it. Consistency really is key.
