Jason Voorhees is dead. For a bit at least until he is brought back from the grave with a bolt of lightning. So now he is a sort of zombie killing machine. So is the title "Jason Lives" kind of a scam? He is undead and saying that he lives is not totally correct.

But one thing is for sure, he is on a rampage in this fifth sequel in the Friday the 13th franchise. You would think that the series would be getting stale by now but the filmmakers manage to inject some comedy and black humor into the script which was ahead of its time.
