To celebrate Friday the 13th we’re back with another entry in our VS series with Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter VS A Nightmare on Elm Street. Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger are two of the most recognizable characters in film history, known for murdering teenagers in unique ways and defining the slasher genre in horror films. In the fourth entry of the “Friday” series, Jason returns to Camp Crystal Lake from the morgue and finds another group of drunk teenage victims. This film was intended to be “The Final Chapter” while A Nightmare on Elm Street, released later that year, introduced a new horror icon. The first “Nightmare” movie follows four teenagers who are being picked off one by one through their nightmares by a man from their town’s past.
