Jessica is one of my very best friends and one of the sharpest career driven women I've had the pleasure of knowing.  She is currently the Chief Revenue officer of Spoonflower who was recently acquired by Shutterfly.  She's held positions with Barnes and Noble and Ebay as well as other companies.  We talk work life balance and how the support of your spouse isn't only helpful but necessary when working at the level she does.
