John 15:13-15

God wants to be your friend. He created you with free will and the ability to hear His voice and speak to Him. His desire is to walk and talk with you in the cool of the day.

He wants to restore the sort of relationship you were created for. The sort of relationship Adam and Eve had before the Fall. He even went to the Cross for His friends so we could have this relationship.
