Would there have been a David without Jonathan? Holmes without Watson? Starsky without Hutch? We continue looking at the life of David in the book of I Samuel. "Friendship is a sheltering tree," mused poet Samuel Coleridge. Like King David, we need a grove of such friendships. Let's get out our shovels and start planting a few.
