A platonic friendship is a love that is purely spiritual. Have we forgotten how important friendships are ? In this I episode, i present my tool/mindset, when thinking about how we can strengthen friendships.

This is by far the toughest one to narrow down, cause man it it easy to step on someone when going here. I really tried not make it to simple, but i still wanted it to be useful.
The suggested 3 steps to fight loneliness is:
1. Know your fight.
2. Strengthen ties and/or create new ones.
3. Get to know your loneliness.

Loneliness is a feeling that comes to us in different ways. in this episode i'm doing something seemingly mean, I'm trying to put up enough mirrors of loneliness, so that you might see yourself in at least one of them. My point is to make you aware, so that you can better understand it, and not be ruled by it.

In this episode I talk about the reasons behind the seemingly increasing loneliness. I'll give you my view upon, which is by far far reaching enough, but at least it paints a picture.

To make this relatable, it has to be human, and for me there is only one way of doing that.
Sharing parts of my story, so in this episode, that's what I'm doing. Every story we ever tell is of course only a glimpse.

I'm not an expert, and I don't have a special education that would set the stage for me making this podcast, I'm just very curious about the topics. This first episode is an introduction to the series.
