Do you want fries with that? That's right. Do you want fries with that? The McDonald's phrase that increased their revenue exponentially. When they put this into play, it's basically an upsell, right? They were increasing the value. Basically their hamburgers were good, but the combination when you add fries was even better, especially for their bottom line. So in your business, you're always looking for ways to increase revenue, to increase the value. And we get caught up in a customer, not accepting our price or not hiring us because they didn't like what we presented. So what we have to do is we have to improve our presentation. Do you want fries with that? So look at your business and do a couple of things. One where are there areas that I can increase the value. I'm not telling you to drop your price, because that goes against the whole idea of this podcast. We want to increase our revenue and grow our business. So with the mindset of, do you want fries with that? Where are those areas where you can increase value and your business? A couple of things you can do. Number one, create packages that clients want and make the one service they want the most only available. If they get the premium in our business. One of the top services that we get asked to provide is Google ads management. And I only provide Google ads management at our premium service. It's not that they have to pay more to get Google ads management. In fact, when you compare us to the competition, we're a great value. However, I'm only going to provide Google ads management. If you're a premium client, if you buy the premium service. So in your business, whether it be pressure, washing carpet, cleaning, HVHC junk removal, think about the things that customers call you the most for. What does that one thing they call you the most for then provide that as a package, but put it in the premium package. So for instance, with pressure washing clients may want exterior window cleaning. The only time you provide exterior window cleaning is if they purchase a premium package, they might purchase a house wash and a gutter cleaning, but they want that window cleaning. And the only way they can get the window cleaning is if they get the house wash and gutter cleaning combined. But I want that window cleaning. Yes, you do. And the way you can get that window cleaning is the pay me 9 99 for that house wash and gutter cleaning. So you go from a service that window cleaning probably only makes you 150 300, maybe $400 on an average size home to where it's part of a package that makes you a thousand dollars because they want that service. And it's put together as a premium package. The other thing that you can do is increase the value of the packages that you provide. So let's say you do offer a gutter cleaning package, and instead of just providing gutter cleaning, you provide the gutter cleaning. You provide a gutter brightening, but you also invite, you will also provide a gutter inspection to let them know that the gutters are balanced, they're running properly and they're going to work. If a downpour happens, that's increasing the value of what you're providing. And all of the sudden you're able to increase the revenue of a ticket that started out being just a couple of hundred dollars. Look at your business. Where can you increase the value.
