The CPSC and Electrolux are recalling Frigidaire and Electrolux Side-by-Side, Top Freezer and Multi-door refrigerators. The ice maker’s automatic shutoff arm may fracture into pieces and fall into the ice bucket as foreign bodies that create choking and laceration hazards. About 367,500 of these refrigerators were sold in the Us and 7,180 were sold in Canada at Lowe’s, Home Depot and appliance stores nationwide and online at Frigidaire.com. Stop using the ice makers on these appliances and contact Electrolux at 1-833-840-5926 for via email at [email protected] to schedule a free repair visit.
