Do your own research based on your specific needs but this stuff has helped me with brain fog, fatigue, pain, and got me back in the gym again. I personally like the Caffeine versions (Power Protein Energized and Ultra Energized) but I use both throughout the day and the plain protein (Power Protein) at night. I normally take 1 Power Protein Energized when I wake up, 1 Ultra Energized 20 minutes prior to my workout, 1 Ultra Energized during my workout, 1 Power Protein after my workout. And sometimes 1 Power Protein before bed.
