Frog or Rat is the story of a traveller waking after a night in a Kyrgyz yurt and moving through a day shaped by illness, memory, strangers, and unexpected conversations. As he returns to Balykchy, meets two long-distance motorcyclists, and later speaks with Aygul about freedom, regret, ambition, and the life she might still choose, the journey becomes less about movement than recognition.
