Arcan Capital is a privately held real estate company focused on the acquisition and management of apartment properties throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and South-Central United States. Arcan has over 250 Million dollars of property under management and services 3000 doors.

In this episode, Steve shares his experience of his first job as a financial analyst to starting a investment fund with only 12 single family homes which eventually pivoted to apartment investing to where they now have over 3000 units.
