At 50 years of age, he decided to take up what he thought was going to be a new hobby – making whisky at his home in Tasmania. As it turned out, he actually founded a highly regarded and very successful whisky distillery.

Casey tells Kendi Burness-Cowan about why age is no barrier to new ideas and new business and how his hobby became something bigger than he ever expected.
