Deciding to leave the comfort of your real estate team is no easy decision. That is if you are on a high-producing team you are able to generate good income. If you are on a team that is not run effectively, leaving may be an easier decision.

But should you leave one team and join another, or is it time to go off on your own to become a solo agent? That decision will be a decision based on your skill set and preference. You will need to take an honest look at yourself and determine what you are willing and not willing to do before you jump ship to go on your own.
