Hannah Munday has had an absolutely dominant 2022 season and has podium at many races around the UK and Europe. From a strong swimming background in her teen years to accidentally falling into triathlon whilst studying at university Hannahs story has taken a few turns in the road.

Now moving on into 2023 she has her eyes set on going to the World Championships and chasing her Pro Licence after almost gaining one in 2022.

Hannah gives some great insights into what it is like to balance her work life alongside her training schedule and she will be one to watch for the coming years.
