Brett Blair is the founder and president of Best Life Global, LLC., a coaching and consulting company providing business growth, leadership and executive coaching, training and organizational consulting services. Brett is also founder of Sanford Rose Associates-Brighton, an executive search firm headquartered near Detroit, Michigan. Brett helps executives, business leaders, and teams to improve business performance while achieving balance and growth in their personal and professional lives.

What got you to where you are now? (02:55)

•  I'm pretty outgoing and loved people and very driven 
• I chose to be an engineer for about my profession, went to the university of Missouri, an engineering degree, got a job. Right out of college and hated it and engineering
•  I got my MBA as fast as I could and moved into non-technical roles and then met a girl, got married and spent 20 years in a corporate environment
•  I woke up one day with kind of an epiphany that what I'm doing at work is not making a difference.

Is your book based on what you've learned from Dr. Tom Hill?  (10:14)

•  Yes, it's a memoir. The last 10 years of my life, and some part of Dr. Tom Hill as well
•  I wrote it to honor Tom
•  And as Tom says, I have a moral obligation to make a positive difference in the life of every person.
