God doesn't want to be your master (Baali). God wants to be your husband (Ishi). God wants to be our provider and our comforter. In the book of Hosea, Hosea married an Harlot, a woman most men would not be pleased with. God (the husband) married the church (the bride) with faults and issues. God doesn't want to divorce the church. God commanded Hosea not to leave his wife. The bible says "God will never leave us nor forsake us".
