Michael talks to me about his experiences working in "contractor focussed" accountancy firms and his passion to create a similar firm but concentrating on the client relationships more. Michael also discusses the importance of technology in his rapid rise and also the steps he is taking to future-proof Bright Ideas. Michael talks candidly about the early days of being a business owner, the "sink or swim" feelings that brings and how determined he was to succeed.
