In this episode of the Better Than Success Podcast host Nicole Purvy interviews real estate investor and entrepreneur Michael Earley. Michael Earley, is the visionary and owner of Philadelphia’s premier real estate company, Royal Realty Group. A full-service realty, development and investment company that provides home buying/selling services as well as other investments and property management services to the tristate area. Mr. Earley was raised in a single parent home in North Philadelphia hurdling over seemingly insurmountable obstacles, homelessness being one of them. In spite of these setbacks Mr. Earley went on to attend Indiana University of Pennsylvania excelling not just academically but in his Fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi as well. After college, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he also served his county. Amidst his service, he began exploring a variety of aspects in real estate creating a successful niche within the market for himself and team. Michael’s journey into real estate was by no means a straight path however. He worked in a number of real estate related fields over the years including but not limited to project management, venture capital, professional and mortgage services specialist. Over time and through countless experiences he decided that his ultimate goal was to be the owner of his own realty company that would fill the needs of investors and homeowners alike. Today he is an entrepreneur, humanitarian and role model in his fraternity and his community.
