Rachel details her own journey to parenthood, which was not always easy, and emphasizes how pregnancy not only affects you physically, but also mentally and emotionally, and the importance of supporting pregnant and postpartum women through normalizing asking for help. Although her first pregnancy was challenging, she shares how the second time around, mothers know what to expect.
