Welcome to the Build Your Own Table Podcast with your host, me, Nakia Gray. In this first episode I’ll introduce myself and talk a bit about my journey and what brought me here. 

In my corporate career, I worked in a law firm. In 2015, I opened my own virtual online law firm. I wanted to replace my 9-5 salary and make a consistent 6 figures.  Now that my business and I have grown, that’s not necessarily my goal anymore. Trading services for income is a plain old job, and that doesn’t allow me to live the lifestyle and make the impact I want.

Now, I sell a system that promises a transformation. I walk my clients through my signature step-by-step process to help them build wealth through entrepreneurship. I am now building an empire that I can pass on to my kids.

In this podcast, I’m here to show you that it is possible, and what is possible. A lot of times as women, and particularly women of color, we don’t see many examples of others doing the same things we dream of.
