George Veness is the founder of 'JAB' a boxing gym based in London. George has been boxing since he was 6 years old and represented England a dozen times and eventually turned from gighting, to Coaching Amateurs. George’s talents were soon picked up amongst London’s elite and well known celebrity circles, fast making him one of London’s most in-demand trainers. Since then, George’s mission has been to build a Community inspired by the world of Boxing. Through the pure love of the sport he grew up on. In this episode, George and Alice discuss how George found his love for boxing, what inspired him to create JAB, the importance of having people skills and how he uses affirmations to inspire him to live his life to the fullest.
