I’ll never forget the morning my life fell apart. One minute I was living my best life, the next I was being told my marriage was over. There’s no handbook for a moment like that. I just stood there, stunned, trying to make sense of what had just happened.

For me, what came next was a fight to get back up. To find myself again. To move through the pieces of my life with as much grace as I could, even when I didn’t have much to give. Some days I still don’t. From heartbreak to healing, therapy to Malibu, I started learning what grace really means when everything you built is gone.

In this first episode of Dating Grace, I’m sharing the story that started it all. The pain, the peace, the humor I found along the way, and the reminder that love, especially self-love, doesn’t expire with age.
