Okay so, this is a long-play episode with my friend and colleague, Whitney Buchmann (Founder and Chief Strategist of Illustra Impact).  We cover a lot of ground in this conversation.  We are gonna learn alot about what coffee growers deal with in Colombia, including from a financial, technological and sustainable standpoint.  However, we get into the concept of leading thru vulnerability and we explore the concept of expansive love.  Also, there is talk about Runza and food avoidance.
