Jim Roddy dreamed of playing college basketball, but he was from a small town and did not receive a scholarship. He decided to walk-on in order to achieve his dream. He used the habits and disciplines he learned as a walk-on to become a successful businessman. Over twenty years later, he has interviewed more than 20 other walk-on athletes to understand how they utilized the lessons they learned as walk-ons to become successful in life.
