After the concept of money was invented, a better way to trade was needed. Early forms of money included cattle and shells. These forms of money had many problems and were not practical in everyday situations. Eventually, someone had the bright idea to press metals into coins. These worked much better for trading, but they led to what could be called “The Coin Wars”.
