After suffering from a lengthy period of depression, Daniel Rees-Morgan sometimes found it difficult to summon up the will to make it through each day. The problem stemmed from the fact that Daniel did not know the root cause of this depression, which prohibited any kind of repair.

Daniel went through depression for 10 years, to the point where he literally just wanted to break down and cry each day, for no apparent reason.
He was frustrated and confused; people constantly thinking he was just feeling sorry for himself; but the reality was, the only thing he felt sorry for, was the fact he didn’t understand why he felt the way he did.
