Marie always felt a deeper connection to the spiritual side of herself. Being raised rigidly in religion, she then went into being a mom and a more “conventional” way of living. As she is embarking on the “second half” of her life, she wants to more fully lean into the natural, spiritual, synchronistic and woo way of living. She embraced energy work and healing the body from the inside after her daughter was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. This “messy middle” episode is to help you see the ways you’re still playing small and encourage you to more fully embrace who you truly are. 

After this interview, she took a step towards embracing her woo and launched her holistic baking company- Conscious Cupcake!
