Beverly is a former competitive high school and university athlete turned couch potato, who is now back on track as a half marathon runner. As a Certified Distance Running Coach and Certified Nutrition Coach, Beverly has walked (or rather: run!) the talk. She has even written a book entitle "Ace the Half" that has  everything you need to know to successfully run a half marathon with ease.

Beverly dishes on all the reasons why it's great to run and helps give ways to combat all the obstacles (aka excuses) we put up to keep us from running!
