Before Thinking Machines, Steph honed her skills in Stanford University, studying Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering. In her last year in college, she received the award for Best Senior Project for Accenture MS&E Departmental Award 2011. In this episode, Steph also talks about her approach to decision making, OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act).
